For most people who are not aware of this fact, I tell you that there are no such things as quick weight loss diets and there is no nippy weight loss for people who want to be slimmer than what their body can provide.There are plenty of weight loss strategies nowadays but these quick weight loss diet plans are known as fad diets because that is exactly what they are, just a fad.
One best example is dieting without exercise. You know that exercise is crucial to the human body. It is important in the proper blood circulation and other activities of the human body system. Therefore, diet plans that do not require you to exercise are nuisances. People are born to move so it would be better if diet and exercise will go hand in hand. Based on my personal experience, it really works for me!
Its been more than a week since I haven’t got the time to go to the gym. Gosh! Ive been very busy this past few weeks. Oh well, I think its normal that I’m always busy LOL! As much as I wanted to do my gym workout, time is running so fast and I just couldn’t do it since I still have to do my tasks online and do my job as a mom.
I could feel that my body is aching and it really needs to do some workout in order to stretch out those muscles. I really missed those sweaty workouts that we used to do. Doing some fat burning exercise while dieting is really an effective tool in losing weight. I can attest to that because me and my fellow mommy gym buddies had already lose weight in just a couple of months. Yay! I have to tell my gym buddies that we should get back to our gym workout hopefully tomorrow.
Whew! after one month of my gym hiatus since I got busy both online and offline, I finally got the chance to get back into my body firming exercise just last week. I am with my fellow mommy friends and gym buddies who also took a long break from our daily exercise at the gym. We have noticed that after a month, we got a bulging tummy again. Yay! We really need to control what we eat and even if we do our diet, it doesn’t work if we don’t do our exercise.
Too bad I wasn’t able to do my exercise today because my daughter got sick. Hopefully tomorrow when my little girl will be okay, I will surely get back into my gym workout and exercise. I really need to get back those flat tummy that I had before. I need to do more arm firming exercise using those heavy dumb bells with mushroom knobs, and some cardiovascular body exercise as well.

Not only does it create great experiences, but it also teaches your children healthy and fulfilling habits that they can continue throughout their adult life.

Here’s a weight loss success story from my mommy friend Lira who also aims to lose her weight. I am so happy for her that she was able to get back her body in shape in just a few months. We became good friends when we decided to go to the gym and have an extensive workout and exercise.
Lira and I are using the same fitness program. We are following the firming program where we do the exercise only for firming and toning our body. Its been three months now since we started our exercise at the gym. So far, so good I have seen the huge difference and improvement not only in myself but also to my dear friend.
As you can see from her photo above, she really got her good looking body in shape. One of our common problem is our tummy area. After all those sweaty exercise, I have seen the good and positive results. All I can say that its really worth our effort. All of our hard work, patience and determination in losing our weight are not in vain!
